At FirePlayZone, we value fast, fair, and fun gameplay. Our Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for competitive content and services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • 🔒 Unauthorized Transactions – Purchases made without your permission.
  • ⚙️ Technical Errors – Game content that fails to load or breaks functionality.
  • 🔁 Double Charges – Multiple charges for the same transaction.
  • 🚫 Unavailable Service – Access issues caused by server downtime or system failures.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes.
  • Used or partially consumed in-game content.
  • Violation of our Terms of Use or community rules.

2. Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact Support at support@fireplayzone.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. Send Details: Include username, transaction reference, and a short description.
  3. Review Period: Our team will get back to you within 5–7 business days.
  4. Processing: If approved, the refund will be returned within 7–14 business days.

3. Refund Timelines

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days.
  • UPI/Wallets: 3–7 business days.

4. In-Game Currency

Purchases involving coins, tokens, or boosters are non-refundable once used. Refunds will be considered only if the content was never delivered due to technical issues.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel before renewal to avoid charges. Refunds for active subscription periods are unavailable unless the service was disrupted on our side.
